Black Women Matter

I created this shirt to bring awareness to the countless Black women who have fallen victim to police violence. There are far too many names we struggle to remember and far too many names we’ve never heard. It is frustrating to witness the lack of media attention and overall care and concern for the safety of Black Women. Especially regarding instances of police brutality. Like all Black lives, Black Women’s lives matter, too.

Breonna Taylor was a medical worker who was killed while in her bed on March 13 by Louisville, Kentucky police officers who executed a no-knock search warrant.
